My Talents and Tips

Ottawa has the largest rural area of any city in Canada. Eighty percent of the city is made up of rural areas, with only 10 percent of the population living there. Some of the most beautiful homes for sale in Ottawa are away from larger, more densely populated communities. I love helping clients realize their dreams of moving to these stunning rural landscapes right here in the Ottawa region.

However, I also know not everyone is familiar with the ins-and-outs of living on a rural property. If you’ve never lived in the country, the thought of having your own private water supply and your own sewage system can seem daunting. Between septic systems, water treatment equipment, sump pumps, and alternative energy solutions, it can get confusing.
